Aluminium welding system

runs with an extremely quick discharge (2-3ms) of a capacitors bank that welds pins from diameter 2+-3 mm to diameter to 6-+ mm.

This technology allows welding threaded studs, untreaded pins, washers, fastons, etc. onto clean non-oxidized surfaces made out of mild steel, galvanixed steel, stainless steel and aluminium or brass.
